In the new proposal of Ginkgo Restaurant & Sky Bar you will find a collection of dishes of traditional and international cuisine and all the autumnal essence, which is accentuated by the warm colors of all the recipes to make the experience in this restaurant even more welcoming.

Among all the novelties, the Cow Tenderloin Steak Tartar stands out, ideal for meat and good product lovers. It is a bold dish that combines the quality of a premium beef tenderloin with a spicy mayo and regañás, whose presentation is totally unique, as it is served on marrow.

For those looking for a greener option, they can opt for the Edamame hummus, designed for sharing, which perfectly integrates the softness of the edamame with the intense flavor of the tapenade and the crunchy texture of the fried chickpeas. We cannot forget the Mexican carnitas tacos, which go very well with one of the signature cocktails they make at the restaurant.

And finally, those who prefer Asian flavors, have at their disposal a menu of Yakitoris and Gyozas, with Mediterranean dyes.
