Chocolate lovers are in luck because a hotel dedicated 100% to this food is about to open. And it is only 20 km from Madrid, specifically in Pinto. Called El Indio Chocolatería Boutique Hostel will offer an unforgettable experience, where you can sleep like a king and get your boots on with cocoa.

This new hotel/hostel has 22 rooms themed and dedicated to chocolate, from pre-Columbian civilizations, where this food originated, to some historical figures of Spaniards who traveled to what was known in their time as the New World. Each room has a different name related to the theme, such as the Mayan room, the Aztec room, the Hernán Cortés room or the Malinche room. The price of the single rooms starts at 49.5 €.

But that’s not all, because on the first floor there is a chocolate confectionery where you can taste some of the sweets made in their workshop. You can even see how their Master Chocolatier, Justo Almendrote, one of the best chocolatiers in Spain who is also a member of the Hotel, works. You will feel as if you were in a cocoa factory.

Behind this project is also Modus Operandi, which has been dedicated to the creative, cultural and digital content industry for more than 10 years and now, they are adding this hotel within the framework of the project ‘Pinto, city of chocolate’. The Madrid town has a great chocolate tradition thanks, among other things, to an old factory from a century and a half ago, to the popular ‘navels of Pinto’ -a chocolate candy- or to the Guinness record it holds for the largest chocolate mosaic in the world (30 m long and almost 2 m long).
