The Murcian architect Manuel Clavel had embarked on a project together with the chef with the most Michelin stars in the world, Alain Ducasse. He has been in charge of designing the Mix Restaurant Dubai that the Monegasque opened in the city of the Arab Emirates.

Labeled by many as an architect of luxury, an attribute that he does not reject, Manuel Clavel has done projects all over the world, from Miami to Dubai to Murcia. Now, with this new job with Ducasse, he has reached the next level in his professional career.

The restaurant is located in the Dubai palm tree and is inspired by the shape of Fabergé eggs, but with a height of 20 meters. It is decorated with golden tones and without skimping on luxury and generates a warm light for the client.

To build it, in a first phase, it was pre-built in Spain, specifically in Murcia and Alicante. These blocks were later sent to Dubai to be installed in the current location.

The restaurant is located in the center of the Kempinski hotel, in the incomplete circumference that surrounds the artificial peninsula shaped like a palm tree that was built in the emirate. There you can eat everything from pasta to fish or meat and enjoy their international desserts.
