José Andrés continues with his vacations on the coast of Cadiz. As almost every summer, the Asturian chef visits Zahara de los Atunes and other towns in the area, where he enjoys its gastronomy, its beaches and all the Andalusian summer atmosphere. If recently we told you that he was having dinner at Casa Blas restaurant, today we bring you his post-dinner plan. José Andrés enjoyed an evening at the beach bar La Ballena Verde, where he lived a relaxed night to the rhythm of live jazz music.

Located a few meters from the beach, it offers one of the best sunsets in Cadiz. And, once the sun goes down, it is the ideal moment to enjoy some good cocktails -their mojitos are very famous- to the rhythm of live music, mainly jazz. Artists such as El Gran Wyoming and his band have also played at this beach bar in Cadiz.

A green whale sculpture is another of the hallmarks of the place, which for 10 years has become a benchmark of the night zahareña. In addition, they also have a tapas menu to enjoy a day at the beach.

I’m sure José Andrés had a great time at La Ballena Verde enjoying his good music.
