If you like to alternate between sweet and savory options, don’t worry because a churrería in Leganés (Madrid) serves an original combination of stuffed salty porras. It is called La Ermita and it is located at 13 Alcalde Pedro González González street. In its menu you can find peculiar options such as one of its star dishes: the porras stuffed with Serrano ham and tomato.

Undoubtedly, it is the most traditional mix you can find for breakfast. This time the place serves the porras without extra sugar and opens them like a sandwich, to fill them with slices of serrano ham and tomato rubbed. This is not the only savory option offered at La Ermita. Another of their highlights are the porras stuffed with ham and melted cheese. But they also have original combinations such as the salchichurros (churros with sausages), and in its day they also elaborated the Churro Dog, a hot dog with churro bread. Of course, their menu also includes more traditional preparations such as porras or classic churros, or churros dipped in different chocolates.
