Fifteen years ago, when sustainability was not at the center of public debate, Ecofluvia was born with a very clear idea “to seek sustainability,” says Javier Quintana, managing partner of Ecofluvia.

This search for sustainable solutions was focused mainly on the restaurant sector and also for the corporate sector, without neglecting innovation and profitability. “We started out believing in an idea and found a market where sustainability had a place, we bet on it and fortunately we have succeeded and we are on the way,” says Quintana.

Sustainable education in the generations that are taking over is key. “The people who are joining us believe in sustainability, they were born with it and are betting much more strongly on it. We, who are a second generation, see a very good future”.

“For sustainability, you don’t have to convince, you have to do it and do it well. And between all of us, we are going to do it,” concludes Ecofluvia’s managing partner.
