When Parker chooses a comforting lunch or dinner, she goes for pork or lamb chops. She shared this in an interview on the podcast Ruthie’s Table 4.
Following SJP’s steps or tips, season small pork or lamb chops with salt and black pepper. In a pan, melt Kerrygold salted butter “with just a touch of olive oil so the butter doesn’t burn,” says Parker. The result, according to the actress, is “ahh, heaven.”
