Salt Bae is one of the most mediatic chefs in the world, but also one of the most controversial. Every time the Turkish chef makes a statement or publishes posts on his networks he is the subject of controversy and leaves no one indifferent. His latest occurrence has been to publish on Instagram an image of the bill after dinner at the restaurant he owns in Dubai, Nusr-Et Steakhouse Dubai. The ticket amounts to nothing more and nothing less than more than 100 thousand euros. As expected, the publication has been filled with criticism and negative comments.

Located in the Four Seasons Dubai, Salt Bae went to dine at his own restaurant for a real feast, not suitable for almost any pocket. In fact, in tips alone he already spent close to 25,000 euros. What did he eat to spend so much money? Among the options he tried during his evening were beef carpaccio, french fries, salad, baklava and fruit; also his sophisticated beef fillet covered in gold, as well as a filet mignon and three more steaks.

He didn’t skimp on the liquid section either, choosing two bottles of 2009 Château Petrus, at a cost of more than 50,000 euros, another bottle of 2011 Petrus, plus five glasses of the exclusive Louis XII cognac and some Porn Star Martini.
