Spring has arrived and with it the good outdoor plans, such as the one we bring you below with some luxury protagonists. Moët & Chandon and the Mandarin Oriental Ritz Madrid have joined forces to open the doors of “The Ritz Garden with Moët & Chandon”, a sophisticated space in the heart of the capital that will become the most exclusive oasis where you can immerse yourself in nature and enjoy a magnificent gastronomy paired with a good champagne.

The space is sublimely decorated with floral motifs on the tables, in keeping with the main feature: a vertical garden that complements the delicate and elegant floral arch that welcomes you to the Garden. The gastronomic proposal is in charge of the prestigious chef Quique Dacosta, who has designed a culinary experience to pay homage to the diversity of cultural flavours: from Asian, Peruvian, Cantabrian and Mediterranean flavours. All united in a haute cuisine menu that culminates in meticulously prepared desserts.

Those who visit this exclusive garden will automatically be transported to emblematic places such as Versailles, according to Dacosta himself. But without leaving the capital and in a cosy terrace to enjoy the best company and toast with a bubbly glass of Moët Imperial and Moët Imperial Rosé, the flagship champagnes of La Maison.

As if that wasn’t enough, this dreamy evening will be enlivened by the music of Claudia León. Without a doubt, this garden promises to become the place to be in Madrid this spring.
