During the month of June, Treze restaurant celebrates its 13th anniversary with a new tasting menu consisting of an appetizer, two starters, two main courses and dessert for €55. Prepared by chef Saúl Sanz, this menu is a great way to thank the loyal customers who feel at home at Treze.

One of the characteristics of Treze is that, both in its first premises in Calle San Bernardino and in its current location in General Pardiñas 34, it has remained faithful to its initial project of offering market cuisine, with a strong focus on seasonal products and traditional recipes.

It should not be forgotten that another of Treze’s attractions is its wine cellar, which has grown exponentially over the years and currently has more than 100 national and international references from the most cutting-edge regions, organised under the direction of sommelier Ricardo Jiménez.

In this new gastronomic proposal of the restaurant, there will be no shortage of quality dishes such as veal cheek in traditional stew, mashed potato and céleri, or Maresme peas with turbot. But there will also be room for moments at the bar and snacks that last longer, while you order the now historic Saúl vs Elena salad with a homemade vermouth in your hand, or some of their original cocktails such as the Pear Spritz.

If you want to join this celebration, you can’t miss this new Treze menu.
