Dabiz Muñoz has had an unstoppable 2023. The chef from Madrid has just added one more project to his XO universe. If a few weeks ago he published that they were improving the recipe of his marinated and hyper-crispy fried chicken, now he has gone a step further by announcing the birth of Pollos MuñozXO, a concept focused on fried chicken that will be available in a new foodtruck of El GoXO.
The first image Muñoz has shown is a Chicken Waffle, made with extra crispy brined and fried chicken (with his secret recipe), accompanied by cheddar cheese, Spicy mayo, yuzu with cherry tomato ketchup, crispy bacon and pickle. Judging by the look of the picture it’s going to become the new XO bestseller.
At the moment, the considered one of the best chefs in the world has not revealed many more details about this new project, only that it will be available in the new foodtruck of El GoXO in the Christmas Market. In addition, they have also created a new Instagram profile, where they will surely be publishing each of the products that will be available in Pollos MuñozXO.
