Lovers of nature, gastronomy and sustainability, we bring you an interesting plan. On September 9th the ‘Pimentón Fest’ will take place at the Organic Farm Los Confites in Jarandilla de la Vera (Cáceres). It is an event where there will be a lot of gastronomy, music and a Pop-up market, all in the middle of nature. If you are looking for a different plan to spend a day in the countryside with outdoor activities, here are all the details.
The Pimentón Fest will be in the middle of Los Confites farm, located under the foothills of the Sierra de Gredos in Cáceres and promotes organic farming and consumption of seasonal produce, as well as the importance of connecting with nature. Therefore, one of the strengths of the festival will be the foodie part, with a gastronomic offer for all tastes, but focused mainly on sustainability and organic products.
On weekends they usually organize brunches, lunches or Sunset & Gin, among other events.
Music, flea market and much more
Attendees will be able to tour all the crops grown at the Farm and take a look at the Pop-up market where there will be decoration, antique, art or fashion stalls from different parts of Spain visiting the region for the occasion, as well as the best local produce at the gastro fair and many more activities.
Live music will also be another highlight with the performance of Clarence Bekker, known for being the vocalist of the PLAYING FOR CHANGE movement, who together with his band will offer an unparalleled show making the night magical.
The festival will start at 11 am and will have free admission. But if you want to enjoy the musical concert, you must purchase a ticket in advance, which costs about 20 €.
