Since Grupo Arzábal landed in the San Miguel Market with its Arzábal Market back in 2018, it has managed to establish itself as one of the flagships of this iconic space. In addition to captaining the central bars of the market with its Market and Croquetería, now the group has just opened two new stalls with all the Arzábal essence, that is, a quality, casual, fun and very traditional gastronomic proposal. That’s Madrí and Hermanos Pollo. Who can give more?

The two new premises, located next to each other in stalls 8.1 and 8.2, will undoubtedly become one of the attractions of the San Miguel Market. Its gastronomy of bar, tapas and beers is ideal for such a traditional weekend as San Isidro.

The most traditional Madrí

On the one hand we find Madrí, a fun and extroverted brewery, one of those that when you try it becomes a fixed place to come back to. With the concept of the traditional bars, you can try numerous tapas (each one more irresistible), but you also have a wide range of pinchos. From classic dishes such as callos a la madrileña, crispy ear with brava sauce, patatas bravas or skewered chistorra sausage and yolk sauce, to hits arzabaleros as tiger mussels, fried bacon or croquettes of stew.

In addition, another attraction of Madrí is that it exudes Madrid on all sides, even on the wall behind the bar, which makes the stall very recognizable and eye-catching from other points in the market. The ceramic pieces, created by architect and illustrator David Cárdenas Lorenzo, form a mural that recreates and pays homage to the purest essence of Madrid’s everyday scene.

The chicken temple

For its part, Hermanos Pollo is a true temple for chicken lovers. Here you can find them in all their versions, and always with a quality, tasty and sustainable product. In its menu, diners will be delighted with the typical roast chicken, the roasted thigh with citrus sauce, the skewer of goose Rillete, mustard and pickles, and other appetizing options such as chicken tinga minibrioche, fried chicken miniburger with tartar sauce, fried chicken wings with lemon or roast chicken croqueton.

Both stalls have uninterrupted hours every day and also offer the possibility of ordering to go. In addition, Grupo Arzábal has joined the Too Good To Go app to fight against food waste. Thus, the Group will offer the opportunity to purchase Surprise Packs with the daily food surplus of its different brands at a moderate price.
