If we talk about gin and Padrón peppers (PDO), surely the picture you imagine will be eating this typical Galician dish while accompanied by a good gin and tonic. But what we bring you today is a twist, as A’Miña Orixe gin has just been launched, a proposal in which peppers serve as the basis for creating an innovative drink with 100% Galician essence.

Made from Padrón peppers (PDO Pemento de Herbón), this new gin has a particular flavor and spicy nuance. Thanks to the spicy quality that some of these peppers may possess, this confers a particular flavor to this gin, as it produces a balance with the rest of the botanicals in the recipe, resulting in a fresh mouthfeel, bathed in citrus and fruity notes. The price of this original proposal is 24.68 €, the bottle of 70 cl.
