Being the wedding of one of the most followed influencers in the world, it was clear that the party was going to be broadcasted practically live. Last weekend, artist Lele Pons and singer Guaynaa got married, and celebrities such as Paris Hilton, Steve Aoki, Chayanne and Anitta attended. Spanish singers Lola Indigo, Aitana and Natalia Jiménez also attended the wedding. It has been one of the most viral weddings in recent years, with Trending Topic on Twitter and thousands of stories and publications on social networks. Some of the guests even published the menu that could be tasted. We share all the details with you below.
A menu based on its roots
In addition to the official menu, guests were also able to enjoy pre-dinner catering and post-dinner food trucks. These included typical dishes from the couple’s respective roots. “A lot of Venezuelan food. The menu has a lot of Italian, meat…”, Lele Pons had said a few days earlier. For her part, Guaynaa also commented that some of the food carts that could be sampled at the party included typical Venezuelan, Italian and Puerto Rican dishes, the singer’s homeland.
The main menu of the wedding was composed of a starter, main course, dessert and a wedding cake. To start the dinner, the guests enjoyed spinach stuffed ravioli with ricotta cheese, tomato sauce and parmesan cheese. For the main course they were served sea bass marinated in saku miso sauce and grilled beef tenderloin with coarse salt, rosemary and bernaise sauce, accompanied by truffled mashed potatoes and miniature grilled vegetables.
To end the evening, dessert consisted of New York cheesecake with red fruit coulis and, of course, the typical wedding cake. This time it was a vanilla rum cake with dulce de leche, made by Divine Delicacies Custom Cakes, considered the celebrity bakers (they have made cakes for celebrities such as Jennifer Lopez, Kim and Kourtney Kardashian, Marc Anthony, Lebron James, Rihanna or Britney Spears, among others.
