Lovers of Casa Orellana’s traditional but refined proposal are in luck because the restaurant located in the Salesas neighborhood, on the street that gives its name to the restaurant, has announced its reopening after a brief period of transformation.

For this new one, in addition to the reopening of its cozy lounge, Casa Orellana puts back its outdoor space, a terrace located in the quiet pedestrian street, to offer its diners the ideal environment where to taste the good Andalusian food in each proposal of the menu.

Get ready to enjoy again a good tapas with the usual flavors, without artifice and with the best product, such as the snout, tripe and leg, croquettes or squid sandwich. There will be, of course, emblematic elaborations that have gained popularity as the canned rice with Iberian prey, tuna salad in homemade pickled tuna or marinated dogfish. And now that autumn is coming, a delicious spoon dish is more appealing than ever.
