From Thursday to Sunday, from 12:30 to 14 h, they offer a special menu for 25 € that includes apple vermouth with gordal olive sphere, the Cantabrian anchovy Costera and gilda versioned, a tartlet of tuna and pickles, the tortilla de Amós, the bombón de ensaladilla with violet potato and salmon roe or a croquette of stew with Iberian jowl veil, among other delicacies. La Hora del Vermut

It is, without a doubt, the temple of vermouth. In this stall located in the Mercado de San Miguel for 14 years, they have a wide range of vermouths, signature sangrias, pickles and pies made daily.
