Alejandro Hermo has been appointed as the new CEO of Goiko

With this decision, Goiko expects to innovate and reach new international markets through its new expansion strategy.

Goiko, one of the leading gourmet hamburger brands in Spain, has just announced Alejandro Hermo as the new CEO of the company, replacing Amir Kremer, as communicated by the company through a post on Linkedin: “We are happy to announce that we have a new star signing and in this new stage of growth and evolution, we want to welcome Alejandro Hermo as the new CEO”.

Goiko also highlighted this new addition as a strategy to “revolutionize everything with his impeccable experience and reinforce both our strategic leadership in Spain and our international expansion”.

Alejandro Hermo has experience in management and strategy in consulting firms such as BCG and McKinsey, as well as in international restaurant brands such as McDonald’s and Burger King. For his part, the new CEO has expressed his pride in being part of the brand and his intention to meet the company’s expansion objectives.

Goiko, created in 2013, has managed in these ten years to have more than 110 restaurants in Spain and has expanded into France and Andorra. In addition, it also triumphs with its smash format restaurants, called Basics by Goiko, and announced a few months ago that during 2024 it will open 15 new restaurants in Spain, with the aim of consolidating itself as the great specialist of smash burgers at national level.
