Actor Robert Downey Jr., in addition to his success in the movies thanks to roles such as Iron Man, is also a champion of climate change. For this reason, he has been working for some years now on a publishing project with writer Thomas Kostigen, which has just been launched on the market. The book is called Cool Food and, through its pages, seeks to provide a solution to such important issues as reducing our carbon footprint through responsible use of food.

In the book, Robert Downey Jr. and Kostigen delve into important questions about what decisions to make to change the “rules of the game” with respect to climate change, as well as revealing tips for grocery shopping and which fresh foods to choose to reduce environmental impact. To make it more enjoyable, they also include humor and entertainment to the storytelling.
